Coast Distributors reserves the right to pay no more that the average commercial hourly rate within the region that the service is performed.
Warranty Claims Instructions
1. All claims must include model and serial number of unit.
2. All claims must include an original or carbon copy of service work order, which bears the customers signature, complete address and phone number.
3. All claims must be returned to the factory within 90 days of failure or the claim will be denied.
4. If no installation date on file, 90 days will be added to the ship date & assumed.

Notes
1. Replacement time for all refrigeration and evaporator components includes time to replace the drier.
2. Replacement of individual components in the Harvest Assist Assy are to be billed at one hour (see note 6)
3. Compressor replacement includes start components
4. Refrigerant recovery fees. Remote - $25.00 and Air/Water - $15.00
5. A one time misc. charge of up to $15.00 when making repairs to sealed refrigeration system.
6. Replacement of more than one component from the same section requires the additional components to be billed at half the listed time allowance.
Warranty may be void if preventative maintenance is not carried out as per maintenance instructions provided with ice machine.
