1: Power is connected and available
2: Check water filter is not blocked
3: Check stopcock/tap is turned on
4: Ensure drain line is clear with no kinks or blockages

All ice machines should be maintained by an authorised service agent. Maintenance is not covered by warranty and any problems caused by lack of maintenance will be charged at the normal rate.
